SMS Communications
1. Description of SMS Use Cases
- Appointment Confirmations – notifying you that your appointment is booked.
- Appointment Reminders – reminding you of upcoming appointments.
- Scheduling Updates – notifying you of changes to appointment times.
- Service Notifications – updates about services requested or completed.
- Promotional Messages – only if you have explicitly opted in to receive marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of
purchase.
2. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not responsible for the delivery, content, or operation of any SMS messages sent by Artdeshine. Artdeshine follows all applicable carrier rules and CTIA best practices for SMS messaging. Carriers cannot be held liable for messages you receive or fail to receive.
3. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Artdeshine. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Artdeshine does not send marketing SMS messages to minors.
4. SMS Opt-Out and Help
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

All services are performed based on the condition of the subject at the time of service. Results may vary depending on circumstances.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through approved booking platforms. You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to safety concerns or other limitations.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits, if required, are
non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure access and safety for service delivery
Artdeshine is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or undisclosed issues unrelated to the services performed.
Satisfaction and Liability
Artdeshine performs all services using reasonable care and professional standards. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed
- All services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied
Intellectual Property
